TLC Limosines

They were a little late in picking us up, and definately overcharged for what we got. It was a very short ride and we paid 250 and I had a bachelorette party with a enormous limo all night for only 350...doesn't add up.

We needed service only to take us from the hotel to the ceremony/reception site. We were charged for a 4 hour min, that would have been fine with me if we were able to use the 4 hours!! We were told that the charge would be 2 hours before and 2 hours after. We used 1 hour before and 1 hour after, the driver couldnt get us back to the hotel fast enough!! We had wanted to stop at a club on the way back just for a celebratory drink(on the way to the hotel) and he ignored us. The company AUTOMATICALLY tacs on 20% gratuity "because the driver's work for tips only" I told the company that I was going to give the driver a cash tip (we had a Credit card that was used expecially for the wedding and I wanted to keep the balance down. Anyway the driver NEVER told the office that we gave him a $60 tip, not worth it, and we were charged an additional $80.00 on our credit card!! I am still working on getting that credited back to my account, to no avail. Do not use this company!! What a rip off!!
