The ladies at Mountains and Meadows are incredible... I already miss them! They not only provided me with exceptional planning and execution of my wedding, but they did the most important thing possible- they put me at ease. I knew that the minute I hired Mindy and Joann my wedding would be perfect. From the attention to detail to the above and beyond personal service, they provided me with an incredible service that I wouldn't recommend anyone go without. There is nothing worse than feeling stressed and overwhelmed right before your wedding and these two have the ability to take that away. Truly, a hands down fabulous experience and I would use them again in a heart beat.

I would would like to recommend Mountains and Meadows to anyone planning a Vail wedding. JoAnn was so helpful to me. We are from Louisiana and I had never been to the Vail area. Her years of experience were exactly what I needed. She has so many contacts in this part of Colorado that I was able to arrive in Vail two days before my daughter's wedding without having to make multiple trips to survey the surroundings. Throughout the process of planning she gave my daughter and myself multiple choices guiding us with websites, pictures, proofs, phone calls and emails. She and Mindy are the best! They are both extremely talented. They work hard and handled all of the details for us. I also was so happy with the Sebastian and their helpful staff. We were treated like royalty with every possible need covered. Wonderful place!

We orignally were not going to hire a wedding planner, but decided half way through the planning process that we needed JoAnn and Mindy for our wedding day. WOW, talk about the best money we have ever spent! JoAnn is so detail oriented and truly thought about every little detail that we did not even realize we needed to arrange or even think about during the planning process. We even ordered our paper products through Mindy, who is so talented. During the wedding weekend, we checked into the hotel and were on vacation, completely stress free! They took such good care of us. As we looked through our wedding pictures, we noticed little details that we were not even aware of or responsible for - little goodie boxes full of snacks and colors for our flower girl and ring bearer during the reception!! They are truly amazing!

JoAnn created our perfect, beautiful, romantic, fairytale elopement. Not only was she an absolute joy to work with, but she was able to take our vision and run with it. She also provided us with the most wonderful photographer, hair/make-up girl and officiate (thanks, Charlie!). JoAnnn is professional, efficient and attentive. She thought of every detail and executed it to perfection! Thank you, JoAnn for giving us a beautiful, fairytale experience that was more than we could've ever imagined...and one that we will never forget!

5.0It was truly the wedding of our dreams. Mountains and Meadows knew all the best local vendors. In fact, everyone I spoke with loved JoAnn and were excited to work with us. They planned every little detail and were prepared for last minute problems. Fortunately everything went smoothly and our guests exclaimed that our wedding was both beautiful and fun. We highly recommend hiring Mountains and Meadows for your wedding because it is worth it to have the professionals do their job, and you can relax and enjoy your day.

My husband and I used Joann's services for our Summer elopement in Vail, CO. We are from Maryland and knew very little about the area but we knew what we wanted. Something intimate and unique and very special.Working with Joann was an absolute joy. Even though we were almost 1,700 miles a part and in different time zones she always took the time to make me feel like I was the bride. Regardless of how much money we were spending (relatively little) or how extravagant our wedding day was (not at all) she made our happiness her priority and took care of every last detail. I am soo glad that we chose her. The day was fun and exciting with absolutely no stress (seriously). She took our vision for the perfect wedding and made it a reality. My husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. We were soo happy to have Joann and Mountains & Meadows be a part of our wedding planning process.

We were lucky enough to have Jo Ann help with the planning of as well as take care of everything on our wedding day. Her experience and expertise were invaluable. Jo Ann had intimate knowledge of the vendors that she recommended and everyone involved exceeded our expectations. She thought of every last detail and made sure that we had a truly magical day.

To a person, everyone did truly exceptional work. JoAnn was on top of every detail every step of the way. She listened to every single request we made and worked with us to ensure that our vision was met, but also guided us with her extensive experience to help us make the most of our day. As far as the day itself, it ran incredidibly well. JoAnn had given all of our family members schedules with her phone number if they had any questions, and had everything worked out. The result was that we didn't have to think about a single thing and could just enjoy our amazing day. If you are getting married in the Beaver Creek/Vail area, we couldn't possibly recommend anyone more highly than Mountains and Meadows and JoAnn. HUGE Kudos to Mountains and Meadows, Weddings and Events specifically JoAnn. My day could not have been better without her. I instantly felt at ease after my initial meeting with JoAnn. I could tell that her attention to detail was going to make my day a little less stressful.I was amazed at her knowledge of the vendors and her many suggestions were so helpful. I came to her with a binder full of ideas and she helped me narrow them down to make my day the most special. I especially liked how she was able to keep me a secret until the very last moment as I walked down the isle. Her attention to detail was impecible from the arrangement of my guest cards (in alphabetical order no less) to the intricate table arrangements. It all could not have been more beautiful.After our intial meeting JoAnn was constantly in contact with me either by email or direct phone call whenever something new popped up with a vendor. She also attended all of my meetings with my vendors to make certain everything was being taken care of to my wishes. I always felt like my wedding was the only one she was working on. On the day of, unknown to me, my cake was running behind and JoAnn made certain my vendor had it there prior to my arrival. I really had no idea. Another thing I thought very helpful was how at the end of the night all my gifts and cards were neatly packaged and assigned to my brother for safekeeping. Truely I did not have to worry about enjoying my entire evening! Everything was under control.I had many guests mention to me what a beautiful event I had planned and I was certainly sure to mention that I could not have done it without the help and professionalism of JoAnn. Joanne and Mindy were absolutely outstanding wedding planners. The unique part of our ceremony was that we lived out of state. Joanne and Mindy were very familiar with the unique locations, vendors and gave us honest opinions. The best part of the wedding was we had intermittent weather for our outdoor ceremony, we pulled the trigger one hour before and we were having the ceremony outside. Mindy was able to coordinate the florist and the restaurant staff to get going, and they were able to pull it off in an hour!!! Joanne and Mindy were the best, and we had little to worry about on our special day. I would hire them and get married all over again!!!

First I'd like to say THANK YOU out into the universe to JoAnn for all her hard work and dedidation to making our wedding day wonderful. She was a dream to work with and everything ran unbelievably smooth. She thought of things when I was planning that I didn't even know existed that I needed to consider! She had great recommendations for other vendors, such as the DJ and the linen rental. It was a relief to have a personal recommendation for them. I am so appreciative of the ease in which she coordinated the day-of happenings...I can't imagine what a frazzle I would have been without her. My wedding was at the Country Club of the Rockies and it was a plus that she and Janine worked so well together too- they were moving and shuffling chairs for the ceremony it seemd as often as the wind changed! No detail was over looked, she was there for me every minute of the day. Everything was handled just as I had expected and for what I had contracted. Communications with JoAnn prior to the wedding were easy, she understood me and was always responsive. I would recommend JoAnn to absolutely anyone getting married, anywhere!!!!

Our wedding would not have been the same without JoAnn Moore! Our wedding was over 6 months ago and our friends and family are still gushing about it! JoAnn's assistance with each stage of planning our wedding was invaluable. Not only does JoAnn have an intimate knowledge of Vail Valley and the numerous vendors/options that are available, but she has an amazing attention to detail...not one thing was forgotten!!
