Gateaux Pastries

We did a dessert table for my wedding that was supplied by Gateaux's. THEY WERE A HIT! Everyone is still talking about how delicious they were and what a great idea it was. They are very professional and great to work with throughout the process. I would 100% go with them for any event.

Gateaux did an unbelievable job with our wedding cake! We had provided them with a photo of a cake we liked and their final product looked even better! Most importantly the cake tasted amazing- so moist. We recieved so many compliments on how beautiful it looked, and how wonderful it tasted. We tried a lot of different bakeries and they not only tasted the best, but were very reasonably priced. They definitely exceeded our expectations!

The flavors to select from were amazing and the cake was so moist and delicious. We had samples from other bakeries that tasted days old compared to Gateaux's. We had multiple vendors recommend Gateaux and after the tasting we were sold! Beautiful cake and wonderful owners to work with. One of the simplest and easiest vendors I worked with throughout the planning process.

Gateaux exceeded our expectations. We had such a hard time picking which of their delicious desserts to have that we decided on several. All of them were loved by our guests and we are still hearing about how delicious the desserts were. Kathleen and her team are extremely talented. I highly recommend you buy your wedding treats from them: you won't be disappointed!

Gateaux makes the best cakes I've tasted from a bakery. Everyone at the wedding commented about how good the cake was, and many wanted seconds. They have the most beautiful selections to choose from, and customized our cake with no extra charge. The staff was great in helping us choose what size and type of cake we wanted for our day, and since our reception venue was behind their shop, they waived the delivery fee for us. I'm going back to buy my husband's birthday cake!

The cake was delicious, but the color was wrong. They were very professional though.

Gateaux Pastries made us the most gorgeous and delicious cake i have ever tasted.Our designer was very helpful and gave us lots of information before deciding on the design.We also enjoyed the cake tasting and decided on different layers.We where pleased with how the cake turned out and everyone at our wedding seemed to enjoy it as well. I highly recommend them for any type of cake or pastries.

The cake was delicious! However, the fondant decorations weren't exactly what I was expecting. I would use them for a fabulous, but simple, wedding cake.

Cake was amazing! We had carrot cake for the bottom tier and marble with mousse and ganache for the top two tiers. It was delicious, beautifully decorated and delivered to us. Guests commented it was the best wedding cake they had had. I was very pleased with Gateaux.

We had been looking forward to our cake tasting from the moment we got engaged I think. Brad one of the owners came out and escorted us to the back. He brought out their wedding cake books with pictures for us to choose a design. I really wanted my fianceto make the main decision on the cake design. We started looking through them and eliminating what we didn't like and placing napkins near potential designs. My fiance was very picky about the flavor and texture of wedding cake he wanted and asked Brad "Can you bring me the form that has the listing of all the different flavors of fillings, cake and frostings?" Brad said "Sure" and he took a look at it and said "I like was this and this and this" pointing to various items. Brad went into the kitchen, came back and put a plate between us... then we took a bite. YUMMMM that was it. Delicious raspberry preserves mixed with white chocolate mousse, almond cake and the most delicious light whipped frosting mousse. We couldn't wait to serve it to our guests. We didn't have a traditional white wedding cake. I wanted it to match the color of my ivory dress and have the details in the green color of my maid of honor's dress. Brad took swatches and matched the color perfectly. As we were leaving for our honeymoon right away, Brad also made sure to make the cake without having any "rental pieces" or dowels that needed to be returned so we wouldn't have to ask anyone to return cake pieces for us. That was a HUGE plus! If you have the opportunity to use Gateaux, I highly, highly recommend them. We both LOVE Gateaux Bakery and it was really a given unspoken decision any other cake needs in our future will come from them.

Beautiful and very good! The cake was very moist and flavorful. The design was just as I asked. They were very flexible in the design and delivery.

Our cake was so fun! They definitely designed to our crazy colors and fun theme. It was a huge hit. I also love that they don't make you save the top tier for a year in the freezer. On your first anniversary they will make you a new cake to order= with the flavors of the wedding cake! Love it.

I cannot speak highly enough for Catherine and her bakery. She made a beautiful cake that was spectacular tasting. It was worth every penny we paid. Part of their service is to provide an anniversary cake a year later. My husband and I currently live in another country and weren't present in the States for our anniversary. They told us to call when we would be back in the area and they would make it for us. We recently just went back to Colorado for Christmas and they were true to their work almost 2 years after our initial experience.
