The store had a good range of dresses, but the staff seemed more concerned with their commission than my needs as a bride.

I was disappointed that I didn't get a fitting when I picked up my dress but they let me exchange the flower girl basket from ivory to white with little hassle at all.

I got this dress while we were in CO because my soon to mom in law was going to buy it for me. She is a sweet heart! It is a buy place and it took forever to get help. The prices are good but, then to get it the way you want it if you don't buy it as is adds much to the price. It think maybe going to a smaller shop might have been better. I will never know though because I am with my husband for life!

Let me start by saying I LOVE my dress and my bridesmaids' dresses. I looked at other shops and found nothing that compared to the one a chose (or even to my top 3). It definitely gave me that "this is the one" feeling. And it was on sale. And it was priced very reasonably to start. The bridesmaids' dresses were reasonably priced (as the bride I got a discount too) and the color (Lapis) was perfect.
So that's the great about David's Bridal. The awful thing is the service. I had one woman who would have made me go somewhere else if she had been helping me when I came in for my dress. I was looking at veils and she kept insisting that I needed to get a particular one (a rather expensive one too) even after I pointed out that I didn't like multiple things about it. Then she criticized my decision to let the bridesmaids choose their own style of dress. So ya, that was not okay with me. The woman who helped me get my dress was lovely but I had enough bad visits (along with the one described) that it adds up to a negative overall.
Overall: for the bride who doesn't expect a glass of champagne at the door, or a $2000 price tag, it can be well worth the trip.

The people at this David's Bridal weren't the greatest. When I first went in to try on gowns the lady who helped me never once asked me what style I was looking for, and never let me go look and see what dresses were on the floor. She just picked dresses and put me in them. Once I finally found a dress, at a different store, I took it to this one to get a bustle put in since that was the only alteration I needed. It took them 3 tries to get all of my gown up off the floor. They kept missing one. All in all, I loved my dress, but hated working with David's Bridal.

Overall, my experience was not very good. When I went to try on bridal gowns, I had made an appointment two weeks prior, I was told there would be space for three guests. When we showed up, I tried on one dress, and then my guests were moved to another space, because "we were in the way of another bride." I was disappointed by the service because one woman was responsible for helping three brides at the same time! Wow!
The dress is amazing! A little pricey, but I went to another woman who would sew and alter the gown. She charged a fraction of what DB wanted to charge.

The consultant we had I think was new and didn't really pull any of the dresses that I wanted to try. However, she was really sweet and did try but I think they also booked another client for her at the same time as my appointment. Luckily, one of my best friends used to work in a bridal salon so she kept us on track and helped me out tremendously. If you want a wedding gown without breaking the bank, then I would recommend Davids. However, keep in mind you are not going to be catered to like you would in a higher end boutique. The dress did arrive a lot quicker than I was quoted too. I also didn't get my alterations done there either.

Like so many other reviews, we were left to fend for ourselves. I had my MOH there to help me in and out of my dresses...so that kept us moving. But I had dresses that were sizes way off what I needed to try on-I wear a 10, and she brought anything from a 4 to a 16. That doesn't give an accurate idea as to the look, comfort, or the weight of the dress either. I love my dress very much but I had beads and strings from beads that were off. I was told they would do a bead check during the alterations. Never happened. To save on the cost of hemming this dress, I chose to wear platform heels--that saved us $120+. In the future, I would look around elsewhere, I have three daughters--before I go to this store. Lastly, the no return and no exchange policy can be understandable, yet there are exceptions. My mom ordered a dress without me in the wrong size, wrong dress, and no chance of having the "experience" with a huge alteration bill to fix the size and they refused to return or exchange it for me. So I have a secondary dress in the closet that still needs to be sold.

I had bought all my things in a Davids bridal in Illinois and I happened to gain a couple pounds before the wedding and I tried to exchange the size of the slip, since they still carried the style, never been worn, tags still attached and they wouldn't exchange it I would have had to buy a brand new one again since I lost my reciept during my move. So I had to wear my slip half zipped for my wedding. I should have waited to get my slip till the week before the wedding. The ladies in alterations were very rude as well and I just delt with them for the spot clean and bead check.

While they have many options and lots of varying styles of dresses, David's Bridal offers little in the way of personal service. I was lucky to have time to go bridal gown shopping on a slow Tuesday night, where I received some attention. On a Saturday it is awful. Their staff books 2, sometimes 3 people at the same time slot for an appointment, which means that you are constantly waiting for the staff to help you in and out of dresses. You better bring friends to assist you. I was able to find a really beautiful dress at a reasonable price, that looked great on the day of the wedding. However, keep in mind that this is more of a "do it yourself" kind of store, without a lot of individual service.

I worked with Lynette at DB Park Meadows for my whole wedding party she is very nice and sweet. She helped me and my bridal party out with everything and never gave us attitude when I wanted to change things or needed anything. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Lynette made my experience at DB wonderful. My wedding dress was gorgeous and the best part it was on sale.

I was very pleased with David's Bridal. My dress was gorgeous! I got so many compliments on it, and people were shocked when I told them I got it for only $349! It arrived on time.
My two complaints: the gal who I worked with talked WAY too much about herself. In working in customer service myself, I know to let the customer talk. A bride is excited about getting married and sharing the details of it; don't steal it away from her. (I've seen it done by several of their workers). Also, the dress I tried on was beautiful, but it's seems weren't tight. It was probably because it was tried on so much, but the saleswoman discouraged me from ordering a new dress! I did order a new dress and it was perfect!
I'd still recommend them overall!

My dress was on a great sale when I purchased. I feel like the service recieved most of the time was equivalent to the price I was paying which is unfortunate. I was frustrated that my dress wasn't perfect coming from the alterations and day of we had to dole out more money to get it steamed- which I felt should have already been done for me correctly the first time.
All in all, I loved my dress

If it could go wrong with this vendor it did. I spent a day with my MOH and jr. bridesmaid trying on dresses and making the final selections. I told all of my bridesmaids to go to the Davids nearest them to get sized and purchase their dresses - every time one went the data I had saved was gone or hadn't been entered in to the system and I got a panic phone call asking what they were supposed to order. Then when they went to pick up their dresses the shoes had a horrible dye job (they didn't dye under the laces and/or they dye was unevenly applied).

I purchased the Oleg Cassini CT203 Wedding Dress in Champagne and Latte. Now I loved loved this dress which is probably why I put up with the service at David's Bridal. Unfortunately, due to the fact that they have such great prices and so many beautiful options we often find ourselves forced to put up with the service or lack there of. When I went in for my fitting the person I had actually was really good. After I purchased the dress everytime I went in I had to literally beg someone to help me get it on for the fitting. They just stood there staring at me like "Why do you need help?" My advise to you if your going to do David's Bridal is always have someone go with you so you don't have to depend on them for anything because if you do you will be waiting awhile for it. Also, make sure they give you the coupon book when you buy the dress so you can take advantage of the deals. I didn't even know I was supposed to get a coupon book until a month later when someone just mentioned the coupon I could use. I had to call the store and get them to mail me one. You get what you pay for with this one.

David's Bridal was helpful and in one day I was able to try on and purchase my dress for a reasonable and fair price. Despite that I have a bad taste in my mouth from the experience. David's has the market for bridal gowns in the palm of its hand, so you are forced to pay for a dress with no chance of returning it if there is a cancellation or issues because they have a zero return policy. Additionally it takes up to 12 weeks or more to get a dress, which for the bride who is planning to wed sooner upon engagement than the traditional 1 year planning period is a bit scary, hairy, and nervous.
The quality of the clothing is good. The quality of the accessories at David's is not so good. And the expense of having David's do your alterations is ridiculous. It is better to find your own seamstress, you will saved on costs by doing so.
