Chiyo's Bridal Shop

I found the perfect dress at Chiyo's and everyone there was so helpful! The tailor was able to add on everything I wanted on the dress to make it unique. I am very pleased with their service and loved my dress! I recommend them to others :)

I ordered my wedding dress through Chiyo's and they were so patient as I did this over the phone - and it was a rush order! They called promptly and I was very happy with their service in that regard. I was not very happy with the fitting and alterations. I was on my own for these and was left each time in the fitting room with my wedding dress. Let's be honest- with most wedding dresses you need assistance getting it on. So I felt that they could have helped me with this. On my second fitting I was stabbed by a pin that had been left in my dress. I was assured that this would be removed. I was stabbed on my wedding day by that pin and thankful that I didn't bleed on my dress!! Also additional work had to be done on my dress as the bussles were not finished at the time of my second fitting though I was assure they were done. There is still a question if they were done as my maid of honor couldn't find all of them on my wedding day. Lastly there were red loose threads all over my dress. I don't know where they came from, but the day before my wedding I had to take over 10 minutes pulling them off of my dress. Overall they were good, but I felt that the alterations department needs to really work on their service!!

This is a wonderful little shop with a great group of ladies running it. I ordered our Alfred Angelo bridesmaids dresses here and also had my wedding gown hem and bustle done by Lisa. They were so helpful in arranging to ship the dresses to my 3 out of town bridesmaids, and did a perfect job on my gown hem and bustle. Lisa and Becky were helpful getting me in and out of the dress and making recommendations on how to do the bustle. Becky helped me find the best rehearsal dinner dress there on the clearance rack, too. And when my out of town mother-in-law needed a quick hem on her outfit, they were able to get it done for her in the nick of time. I definitely recommend Chiyo's to other brides, bridesmaids, moms and even for special occasion wear.

Had a WONDERful experience with this shop. I walked in, found a BEAUTIFUL dress, tried it on, fell in love with it, made a payment plan and ordered it! :D I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses here. I was not in need of alterations, my dress fit perfectly. All they did was add the bustle! The staff was professional and very helpful... I called often to check the status on my dress as well as my bridesmaids orders/dresses! :)

We purchased 3 brides maids dress and my dress from Chiyo's bridal. I actually bought 2 wedding gowns from them, both on their 50% off sample sale. That being said the price was PERFECT for my dresses. I did not get alterations their because of the quoted prices all I needed was a bustle and a hem. I was told the bustle would have been over $75 and the hem would be $150 or more for one dress...OUCH! I was told the bridesmaids dresses would be in within 7 - 9 weeks, well the end of the 9 weeks I called and was told they would be in in 3 more weeks. About a week after the extra 3 weeks (a total of 13 weeks for a bridesmaids dress) I called and was told 2 were in but not the 3rd that's why no one had been notified. This was about 6 weeks until my wedding date and they where going to hold 2 of them for the 3rd dress that wouldn't be in until another 2.5 weeks later. In my head that does not make any since. Because I did buy my dress their all of the other girls received 10% off their dress. All and all I am happy with my choice with Chiyo's Bridal and I could have never been able to afford my dream dress without them.

I was able to walk in and view dressesm prices are very reasonable. Did have problem with a bridesmaid dress not getting to the destination but eventually it did get there.

The place looks terrible on the outside, in fact I drove past it several times before realzing it was the place I was looking for b/c the sign in terrible. Once inside it's still not in the greatest condition, but they had what I was looking for. My dress was ready when they said it would be and the alterations were done as expected. I am glad I purchased my dress here b/c their dresses and veils are much different than what you find at David's Bridal. They carry lots of designers and lots of bridesmaid dresses/
